Questions, answered
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Go to Settings → Subscription & Premium → Manage subscription — that opens the Stripe billing portal, where you cancel in a few clicks. You keep Premium until the end of your billing period. No fees, no phone calls.
What happens to my cards if I downgrade?
Nothing is deleted. You keep every card and all your data — the free plan simply limits new additions to 3 cards. Expiry alerts keep coming in the app; email alerts are Premium-only.
Is my data safe?
We store only the last 4 digits of your cards — never full card numbers. Passwords are bcrypt-hashed, every page runs over HTTPS, and we never sell your data.
Do I need to connect my bank account?
No. SwipeWise never asks for bank logins. You add cards yourself (last 4 digits only) and we fill in the benefits from our card catalog.
